JBC Thematic Minireview Series

As a subscriber to The Journal of Biological Chemistry Stockholm University also has access to a special collection of articles in the JBC Thematic Minireview Series. The series covers a broad range of subject areas, including Alzheimer disease, cytochrome P450 and systems biology.
The goal of the Minireviews is to provide a concise summary of a particular field in a manner understandable to biochemists working in any area.

Maintenance on Informaworld 18th of July

Informaworld will be unavailable on Saturday, 18th July from 07:00-09:00 GMT (+2 H Swedish time) in order to complete essential maintenance, which will effect the access to journals from Taylor & Francis, Routledge, Psychology Press and Informa Healthcare.

New trial: SpringerMaterials (beta version)

In Januray 2010 Springer will launch SpringerMaterials - The Landolt-Börnstein Database. It will be the most comprehensive electronic content platform in the physical sciences. By the time of the launch SpringerMaterials will be based on over 400 volumes of the Landolt-Börnstein New Series.

New Interactive Tutorial: Introduction to Scopus

Scopus is the worlds largest abstract and citation database covering science, technology, medicine, social sciences and arts & humanities.
Elsevier TrainingDesk now offers an interactive tutorial covering searching, information output, citation tracker, author and affiliation identifier, journal analyzer plus more.
